Terms of Elegance & Exclusivity
- A gift that waits for them: Your gift card is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, so the journey can begin when the moment is right.
- Where it can take them: Redeem it toward one of our fixed-date departures or a bespoke journey designed around them.
- What it doesn’t cover: Airfare, travel insurance, physical products, shipping and gratuities are not covered.
- Giving it freely: You may present the card to anyone you choose, but it can’t be resold, and it isn’t redeemable for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Protecting the journey: Because we commit to guides, lodges and permits on your behalf, bookings are non-cancellable once confirmed. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance. Contact us for tailored options.
- Availability: Bookings are subject to availability at confirmation. If your first-choice dates are full, we’ll gladly help you find the best alternative.
- If our terms change: We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect on the date you purchased your card will continue to apply to it, except where the law requires otherwise.
