Maryland-Based LLC

Transformative Travel LLC (“the Company”) operates under strict adherence to U.S. and Maryland state intellectual property (IP) laws. This policy outlines the rights, responsibilities, and protections regarding the Company’s intellectual property, including, but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary materials.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and information created, developed, or distributed by Transformative Travel LLC, including but not limited to:

• Website content, graphics, designs, layouts, and images
• Written materials, blogs, itineraries, sizzlers, promotional content, and advertisements
• Logos, trademarks, slogans, and brand identifiers
• Proprietary methods, tools, systems, and processes
• Videos, photographs, and audio materials
• Any other work product created by or on behalf of Transformative Travel LLC

are exclusively owned by Transformative Travel LLC and protected under applicable U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Permitted Use

Transformative Travel LLC grants limited, non-exclusive access to its materials solely for the purposes expressly authorized in writing. Users, clients, or partners may not:

1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.
2. Use Transformative Travel’s trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement without explicit permission.
3. Extract, scrape, or harvest proprietary materials or information from Transformative Travel’s websites or digital platforms.

3. Trademarks and Service Marks

Transformative Travel LLC retains ownership of all trademarks and service marks, registered or otherwise, associated with its brand. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or display constitutes a violation of federal trademark law. Violators will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under Maryland and U.S. law.

4. Confidential and Proprietary Information

Transformative Travel LLC considers certain information, including but not limited to pricing models, client lists, itinerary designs, and business strategies, as confidential and proprietary trade secrets under the Maryland Uniform Trade Secrets Act (MUTSA). Unauthorized disclosure, use, or dissemination is a violation of state and federal law.

5. Violations and Enforcement

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misappropriation of Transformative Travel LLC’s intellectual property will result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:

1. Cease and desist orders
2. Claims for damages, including lost profits and reputational harm
3. Pursuit of statutory damages under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
4. Injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use

Transformative Travel LLC reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permissible by law.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Transformative Travel LLC disclaims any liability for unauthorized use of its intellectual property by third parties. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy when engaging with Transformative Travel LLC’s proprietary materials.

7. Amendments

This policy may be amended at the discretion of Transformative Travel LLC. Any updates or changes will be published on the Company’s website and are binding upon publication.
