When did you last sleep through the night without checking your phone?
What would you do with a clear head for a week?
And the honest one: will this actually reset me, or just be another beach?
Kids' clubs, turtle spotting, coral planting and a marine biologist who answers every question.
Reef fishing, night fishing on a dhoni, a first dive or a morning on the flats.
A spa above the water, a book in the shade and nowhere to be.

Departure
Met at the aircraft and taken to the island. Your phone stays in your pocket. A light dinner, an early night.
A consultation and assessment with the island’s wellness team sets your program: sleep, breathwork, movement and recovery. Sleep tracking starts tonight.
An early swim or a session with a trainer, then an introduction to freediving and breath-hold with an instructor. Afternoon treatment, nothing else on the schedule.
In season: surf lessons on a reef break, April to October
The day with nothing booked. Your program continues at your pace, and the rest of the day is yours.
A guided snorkel with the island’s marine biologist: turtles, reef sharks, and mantas or whale sharks if the season and atoll allow. Final consultation and a plan to take home.
Board a private crewed yacht for two nights: just your party, a chef and a crew. Anchor off empty sandbanks, swim off the stern, and dive if you want to.
Sunrise on the water, a morning dive or snorkel, and a last dinner under more stars than you’ve seen since you were a kid.
The yacht drops you near the airport, timed to your flight.
Gentle. Nothing is compulsory, and every boat trip and snorkel is optional. Most days have one shared moment and plenty of free time.
About 18 to 21 hours from the US with one connection. We time your flights to your transfer, so there’s no surprise night in Malé.
Life jackets and guides on every snorkel, shallow lagoons for beginners, and boats chosen for calm crossings.
Most island resorts have a clinic or doctor on call. Advanced care is in Malé, so medical evacuation insurance is highly recommended.

Starting from $7,865 (double occupancy) per person, including villas, transfers, the experiences listed and logistics. Price depends on the island, villas, season and group size.
We match the island to your group: villa sizes, kids’ clubs, transfer time and budget. We’ll suggest two or three and explain why.
Yes. We choose islands with good kids’ clubs, shallow lagoons and multi-bedroom villas.
There’s plenty to do without getting in the water: the spa, sunset cruises, the local island, fishing and simply the view.
December to April for the calmest seas. May to November is quieter and less expensive, with more showers.
