Binsar, once the summer capital of the Chand Dynasty rulers (7th-18th century AD), is a picturesque hamlet at 2,420m in Kumaon. Its elevated position offers stunning views of the Himalayan peaks, including Chaukhamba, Trishul, Nanda Devi, Shivling, and Panchachuli.

Day 1
New Delhi - DEL
After a warm welcome, whether you are arriving as a group or individually, be chauffeured to your B&B home where a warm welcome first India curry dinner awaits!
Day 2
New Delhi - Jeolikot
Enjoy a 5-hour train journey to the Himalayan foothills. Upon your arrival at Kathgodam Train Station, you’ll be smoothly transferred to the village of Jeolikot, just a 1.5-hour drive away. Check in to your cozy cottage, then unwind in the serene surroundings, perhaps taking a leisurely exploration of the local area. Your overnight stay promises relaxation and tranquility in Jeolikot
Day 3
Jeolikot - Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary
Following breakfast, you’ll set off on a scenic 3-4 hour drive to Binsar, where you’ll check into your accommodation boasting breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Take some time to unwind in this serene haven. In the evening, savor a delectable dinner at your accommodation before retiring for the night.
Day 4
Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary
Enjoy a guided morning hike for views of Kumaon’s iconic Himalayan ranges followed by an afternoon village visit and local lunch. Connect with the community, explore sustainable practices, and enjoy a bird-count and wildlife workshop led by our in-house naturalist, delving into the park’s eco-tourism initiatives and history.
Day 5
Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary
Commence your day with sunrise Yoga, followed by an afternoon village and local school visit before lunch and returning to your ideally set lodge for a refreshing hot bucket shower and local cooking and culinary introduction class with your hosts.
Day 6
Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary
Enjoy a morning at leisure with optional bird-watching explorations continue as you immerse yourself in the natural wonders with our in-house naturalist and in the evening, return to the lodge to celebrate your unforgettable journey.
Day 7
Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary - New Delhi
After a hearty breakfast at your boutique lodge, head on over to explore some local markets and bazaars with your guide before heading over to the train stating to board your train back to New Delhi.
