Day Trip Details

Itinerary

  • 09:30 am: Arrival. First try to park at railroad station. If not head to visitors center and take a shuttle downtown.
  • 10:00 am:  begin walk from train station parking lot to MD Heights.
  • 12:30 pm: Maryland Heights Overlook Lunch Picnic.
  • 01:15 pm: Head back to downtown Harpers Ferry.
  • 03:30 pm: Arrival at Harpers Ferry railroad station.
  • 04:00 pm: Check in to Ledgehouse and meet your B&B host, Annie.
  • 06:30 pm: Dinner reservations at the exclusive Hamilton’s Tavern 1840
  •  
  • 09:00 am: Enjoy breakfast at the Ledge House. 
  • 10:30 am: Check out and say goodbye to your B&B host Annie.
  • 11:00 am: Take a leisurely stroll aling Bolivar Heights (ridgeline) or Virginius Island (riverside) walk
  • 12:30 pm: Arrive at Breaux Vineyards to your reserved table for lunch and delicious wine.
  • 03:30 pm: Optional Spa treatment at Harpers Ferry favorite spa (not included in package.)
  • 04:30 pm: Homeward Bound! Safe journey home!
