Transform Your World With Meaningful Travel

Lower Susquehanna fly-fishing Adventure in Maryland.

YOUR DAY

Overview

  • Even though the float trip is just 5 miles long. Anglers can expect to paddle in between islands accessing various parts of this wide, rocky final and perhaps even one of the longest rivers of the east-coast as it ends it’s journey into the Chesapeake Bay.
  • Starting from $ 425 (per angler) (full day – 7 hours)
  • May 1 through October 15.
  • Early morning departures (season dependent) are highly recommendations for this valley to avoid the crowds and make the best of what the valley has to offer.

Well known for sweeping river-views, water-front towns steeped in maritime history, and extraordinary birding, paddling and fishing spots, the lower Susquehanna is a great place to spend the day for nature lovers.

Fly-fishing can be a tool to transform your day into new experiences you’d never expect and takes you to beautiful places you’ve never been. An outing with us is spent in expanded awareness, not only to the fish we wish to catch, but to their habitats, in our local rivers, which house such rich ecosystems. After spending a day on the water you will soon see that rivers are crucial for our own health and well being too.

These journeys are hosted by FFI Certified Casting Instructor Misty Dhillon, who has dedicated over two decades to traveling and leading fly fishing expeditions throughout the Himalayas. Misty is now a local resident of Ellicott City and is excited to share his passion and expertise right here at home.
